The challenge
What needed fixing
Local meat shops in Tamil Nadu had long queues on weekend mornings and no way to take orders online. Big delivery platforms take a large cut of every order, which small shops cannot afford.
What we built
- A customer app that finds shops nearby, shows fresh items and prices, and takes payment before the order.
- A shop owner app with a loud new-order alarm, item prices, stock and opening hours.
- A rider app that sends deliveries to riders and shows the customer a live map.
- A website with the same ordering, an owner dashboard and an admin panel for the whole platform.
