These terms explain how you can use this website and how our projects work.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Kalkinova website. Work we do for you is covered by the written quote or agreement for that project, and that document wins if it says something different from these terms.
2. Using this website
You may browse and share this website for personal and business purposes. Please do not copy our design, text or images to present as your own, and do not try to break or misuse the website.
3. Quotes and projects
- Every project starts with a written quote that lists the work, the price and the timeline.
- Work starts after you accept the quote and pay the first part, if the quote asks for one.
- Changes or new features outside the quote are priced separately before we do them.
4. Payments
Payments are due as set out in the quote. Monthly care plans are billed each month for as long as you keep the plan. Store fees charged by Google or Apple, domain and hosting costs are paid by you unless the quote says otherwise.
5. Ownership
Once the project is paid in full, you own the app, website or design we made for you, unless the quote says otherwise. We may keep using our own general tools and code, and we may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Your accounts and content
Apps are published on your own Google Play and Apple developer accounts where possible. You are responsible for the text, photos, prices and other content you give us, and for having the right to use them.
7. Confidentiality
We keep your project details private, and we will sign a confidentiality agreement if you ask.
8. Our responsibility
We build with care and fix bugs we caused, as described in the quote or care plan. The website is provided as it is, and we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services such as app stores, payment gateways or hosting providers. Our total responsibility for a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
9. Fake job offers
Kalkinova never asks anyone for money in return for a job or work. If someone asks you to pay in the name of Kalkinova, do not pay, and tell us.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
