This policy explains what information Kalkinova collects through this website and our work, and how we use and protect it.
1. Who we are
Kalkinova Technologies ("Kalkinova", "we") builds apps, websites and CAD designs. We are based in Tamil Nadu, India. You can reach us at hello@kalkinova.com.
2. What we collect
This website does not ask you to create an account and does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We only receive information you choose to send us:
- Your name, email, company, country and message, when you contact us.
- Your phone or WhatsApp number, experience and work links, when you apply to join our talent pool.
- Files and details about your project that you share with us by email or during a project.
3. How the forms work
Our forms open your own email app with your message filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app, and the message reaches us as a normal email.
4. How we use your information
- To reply to you and prepare a quote.
- To deliver and support the project you hire us for.
- To contact you about work that matches your skills, if you joined our talent pool.
- To keep the records the law requires, such as invoices.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only when needed to do the work, for example with a freelancer working on your project under a confidentiality agreement, or with service providers such as our email and hosting providers. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.
6. Third-party services on this site
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. Images and pages are served by our hosting provider. These providers may log technical data such as your IP address, under their own privacy policies.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and talent pool applications for up to two years, and project records for as long as the project and the law require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@kalkinova.com. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and respect similar rights for visitors from other countries.
9. Children
This website and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
